Orders of $100 or more ship free. The Archive Set also includes shipping automatically. No code is needed.

Delivery times

Every Hush Hollow piece is printed only after it is chosen.

Estimated delivery times from the date of order:

United States: 5–8 business days
United Kingdom and Europe: 5–20 business days
Canada and other destinations: 10–30 business days

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the print studio.

Most orders are fulfilled within your region, helping reduce both delivery time and unnecessary distance.

Taxes and import duties

Taxes are included in the displayed price. Import duties are not included.

If customs fees or import duties apply to your destination, they may be collected by the carrier or local customs authority upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order.

If an order is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping charges may apply.

Order has not arrived

If your tracking information has not updated for 10 business days, please email hello@thehushhollow.com and include your order number. We will look into it.
